IBM has had a busy couple of months finalizing deals to acquire six companies to complement its cloud technology and banking areas. Here a list of recent press releases.

 

16 November 2020 - As part of IBM's hybrid cloud growth strategy to drive digital transformation for clients, IBM today announced it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire TruQua Enterprises, LLC, an IT services and consulting SAP development partner that specializes in delivering finance and analytics solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

 

18 November 2020 - Today, IBM announced a definitive agreement to acquire Instana, an application performance monitoring and observability company. The acquisition will help businesses better manage the complexity of modern applications that span the hybrid cloud landscape and infuse AI in all areas of IT management.

 

15 December 2020 - IBM today announced it has acquired Montreal-based fintech company, Expertus Technologies Inc. The acquisition strengthens IBM's portfolio as an end-to-end digital payments solution provider and further advances IBM's hybrid cloud and AI strategy.

 

21 December 2020 - IBM today announced an agreement to acquire Nordcloud, a European leader in cloud implementation, application transformation and managed services. 11 January 2021 - IBM today announced it has acquired 7Summits, a leading Salesforce consultancy with more than a decade of delivering transformative digital experiences across industries.
