Hi Frans, using the search field on the header will bring every mention of z/VM including the group, but in the search field on the groups homepage it won't!!! but it will return other search results correctly, not good and thanks for highlighting.
I'll look into this, but tbh, I didn't want to to go to work on the search options\fields until I have the profiles and job-board ready (hence the embarrassing and un-PC 'gender' options-as I said this started life as a dating app )

edit: ok figured it out, the group search field is configured differently, min number of characters needed to search is 4,
